This was a three storey terrace in SE London that had been converted to four flats around 20 years ago without the necessary consents. We have obtained a certificate of lawfulness for the conversion based on established use and designed the various refurbishments required for the conversion to meet the building regulations, including thermal insulation, fire compartmentation and acoustic separation. We've also re-planned two of the flats to improve the practicality and comfort of the accommodation. Completion is expected in April 2025.
