This is a three storey plus basement early C19 grade ll listed terraced house. We were appointed to oversee major reinstatement works, including rebuilding the roof and the chimneys from basement level up. The work also included the construction of a new basement level bedroom and lightwell at the rear, and the complete refurbishment of the house to create a family home.
